BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG announces that the sale of the investment in SolveDirect Service Management GmbH, Vienna, was closed on April 29, 2013.
As already communicated in the press release of March 25, 2013, this sale will have a positive impact on the Group’s results and on cash and cash equivalents in the third quarter of the current fiscal year 2012/2013.
