The Management Board of CROSS Industries AG announces that the proceedings concerning the action for rescission against the resolution of the shareholders meeting regarding the approval of the merger of BF HOLDING AG with CROSS Industries AG is terminated due to a waiver of the claim by the claimant. Furthermore, with the resolution of the regional court of Wels, it was announced, that in the proceedings of the review of the conversion ratio all claimants had withdrawn the application and these proceedings have therefore been terminated as well.
In connection with the merger of BF HOLDING AG with CROSS Industries AG no open proceedings exist anymore.
