In the 17th Annual General Meeting of BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG on 17 December 2014, the shareholders have decided to change the name of the company from BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG to BF HOLDING AG and to transfer the registered office of the company from Vöcklabruck to Wels.
Today, the corresponding amendments in § 1 of the statutes were registered in the commercial register. The company now operates under the name BF HOLDING AG and has its headquarters in Wels.
