KTM Industries AG informs that it has acquired notes of its EUR 75 mio. 4.625% bond 2012-2018 (ISIN AT0000A0WQ66) in a nominal value of EUR 7 mio.
Together with notes acquired in the past the issuer KTM Industries AG has reacquired a total nominal amount of EUR 17.2 mio. of its EUR 75 mio. 4.625% bond 2012-2018 (ISIN AT0000A0WQ66).
With the acquisition of the notes the company intends to optimize its capital structure and to reduce the interest payments. The company intends to cancel the acquired notes
