KTM Industries AG sells ist minority interest (24%) in AGM Durmont Austria GmbH to the previous majority owner AGM Group.
On April 10, 2015, KTM Industries AG and AGM Group, Troy Michigan, USA – a worldwide acting manufacturer of interior, lighting as well as electronic components in the automotive industry – have signed a purchase agreement that scheduled a gradual acquisition of all shares through AGM Group after a defined period. Today, the purchase agreement was completed as agreed for the final tranche and thus KTM Industries AG sold 100% of the shares in AGM Durmont Austria GmbH.
