The federal government announced more stringent measures in the fight against the corona virus on Monday. Against this background, the Management Board has assessed these measures and their economic consequences for the currently closed specialist trade.
It can be assumed that the negative economic effects on the retail sector in general – and the bicycle business in particular – will continue for a longer period than previously assumed. Therefore, it will be necessary to support our dealer network financially with various measures in the best possible way in this difficult time. PIERER Mobility AG will therefore not distribute any dividend to its shareholders for the financial year 2019.
