KTM Industries AG was informed about the successful closing of the international private placement

 KTM Industries AG was informed that Pierer Industrie AG in the course of an international private placement to qualified investors, which is not subject to the prospectus requirements, has sold 27,205,398 shares of KTM Industries AG (this equals to approximately 12.1% of the company’s share capital). In addition, third party shareholders have sold shares in the amount of approximately 0.9% of the share capital.

The shares have been placed by Bank Vontobel AG as Sole Lead Manager at a price of CHF 4.90 per share.

Pierer Industrie AG continues to hold approximately 62.8% of the share capital of KTM Industries AG.
