After completing his studies in International Business Administration at the University of Vienna, Gottfried Neumeister worked as a consultant for Siemens AG Austria. In 2003, he founded flyniki together with Niki Lauda and was responsible for the successful development of the aviation business (until the sale to Air Berlin). In 2012, Gottfried Neumeister moved to DO & CO Aktiengesellschaft, where he held various positions on the Management Board, most recently as Co-CEO (2021-2023). On January 23, 2025, Gottfried Neumeister took over from Stefan Pierer as CEO of PIERER Mobility AG and KTM AG, where he had been Co-CEO since September 1, 2024. He has also been a member of the Executive Board of Pierer Industrie AG since January 1, 2025.

After graduating from the Montan-University in Leoben, Austria (Business and Energy Management), Stefan Pierer began his career as sales assistant at HOVAL GmbH in Marchtrenk in 1982 and then later on as sales manager for upper Austria and authorized signatory. In 1987 he founded the PIERER Mobility Group in which he acts as majority shareholder and member of the Executive Board. He has been a shareholder of KTM AG since 1992 and was Chairman of the Executive Board until March 2025. On January 23, 2025, Stefan Pierer handed over the role of CEO of PIERER Mobility AG and KTM AG to Gottfried Neumeister and will continue to support him as Co-CEO during the restructuring process. Furthermore, since 2020, he has been a member of the Executive Board of Pierer Bajaj AG, which is a majority shareholder on the listed company PIERER Mobility AG.

Verena Schneglberger-Grossmann completed her law degree at the Leopold-Franzens University in Innsbruck. She was admitted to the bar in 2008. From 2010 to 2015, Verena Schneglberger-Grossmann worked as a partner and junior partner in a renowned commercial law firm in Upper Austria. Verena Schneglberger-Grossmann joined KTM as Vice President for Legal, has been an authorized signatory of KTM AG since 2022 and has been Chief Legal Officer since 2025.

After completing his law studies at the Leopold-Franzens-University in Innsbruck and the University of Padua and his associate years, Ewald Oberhammer has been working as a lawyer since 2006. After working for various Austrian law firms specialising in commercial and capital market law, he founded Oberhammer Rechtsanwälte GmbH in Vienna in 2014. He has been a partner and managing director of the law firm since 2014. Ewald Oberhammer has been a member of the company’s Supervisory Board since 2025.

Srinivasan Ravikumar holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a licensed Chartered Accountant and Tax Advisor. He started his career at Bajaj Auto Ltd. in June 1984 in the Corporate Finance Department. In 1994, he was able to take over as the head of the Business Development Department. Currently, Srinivasan Ravikumar serves as Chief Business Development Officer and is responsible for the Business Development & Assurance Department. He is also a member of the Corporate Management Committee, Investment Committee and Foreign Exchange Management Committee of Bajaj Auto Ltd. His responsibilities include Corporate Strategy, Business Development, Foreign Collaborations and IP Management. Srinivasan Ravikumar has been a member of the company’s Supervisory Board since 2022.

Ernst Chalupsky has been working as a lawyer in Wels since 1982. He completed his law studies at Kepler University in Linz and his associate years at a law firm in Upper Austria. Until the merger with Saxinger & Baumann to form SCWP in 2000, he and Maximilian Gumpoldsberger built up the law firm Chalupsky & Gumpoldsberger in Wels together. Since 1999, he has been a partner and managing director of the law firm Saxinger, Chalupsky & Partner Rechtsanwälte GmbH, which also provides legal advice to the company and its affiliated companies. Ernst Chalupsky has been a member of the company's supervisory board since 2025.

After completing her education at the HTL for mechanical engineering and business administration in Wolfsberg, Iris Filzwieser graduated as a graduate engineer at the University of Leoben. In June 2005, she was awarded a doctorate in mining sciences. Iris Filzwieser is the founder and managing director of METTOP GmbH. She also has other roles, including serving as a president of Austrian Cooperative Research, a member of the Board at Deltaakademie, University of Leoben, a member of the jury of the Austrian Research Foundation FFG, a member of the delegates’ assembly of the Austrian Science Fund FWF and a member of the Board at Vienna University of Technology. Iris Filzwieser has been a member of the company’s Supervisory Board since 2022.

After completing her studies in commerce, Michaela Friepess started her professional career in 1998 as a financial analyst and in business development at GE Capital Bank in Vienna and in Paris. In September 2003, she joined the PIERER Group. Ms. Friepeß has extensive practical experience and is specialized in capital markets, corporate governance, compliance and sustainability. Most recently, she was a member of the Executive Board of Pierer Industrie AG, where she was responsible for Investor Relations, Compliance and Sustainability until October 2024. Michaela Friepess has been a member of the company’s Supervisory Board since 2022. She is also an authorized signatory of Pierer Konzerngesellschaft mbH.

Dinesh Thapar joined Bajaj Auto in March 2022 after spending three years as Group Chief Financial Officer at Reliance Retail. Prior to that, he spent two decades at Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), where he held various leadership positions in corporate and business finance and supply chain management. In his final role at HUL, he served as Divisional CFO of the Beauty & Personal Care business in India and the South Asia cluster. In this position, he also led the Business Finance team in India. He was a member of the HUL Group Executive Committee and served on the Functional Leadership Team. Previously, he served as General Manager and Head of Treasury, as well as in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Investor Relations departments at HUL. He also worked as CFO and Head of Supply Chain for the Kimberly-Clark Lever JV. He also worked for Unilever in the United States for several years.
In addition to his role as CFO, he is currently a member of the board of directors of investment companies and the risk management committee of Bajaj Auto Limited. Since 2025, he has been a member of the supervisory board of PIERER Mobility AG.
