27.04.2007Die CROSS Industries AG gibt bekannt, dass auf Basis des Erwerbes von Pankl Aktien vom 26.4.2007 zum Preis von € 26,50 der Angebotspreis für das öffentliche Pflichtangebot an die Aktionäre der Pankl Racing Systems AG, nach Maßgabe des § 16 Übernahmegesetz, auf € 26,59 je Aktie erhöht wird.
